This is another Lost Canyon alcove housing several 'not quite visible' structures. No one knows the complete set of factors that led to the disappearance of the Anasazi from these areas. However, research has shown that around 1100 AD, there was a long drought and those people still successful in raising food had to protect it and themselves from less successful nomads. It was during this period of drought that most of the high structures were built.
