Note the outfitter's packtrain in the distance, middle left frame. Usuall the outfitters get to a camp several hours ahead of hikers and set it up. That includes getting wood, putting up the tarp shelter, putting up tables for cooking, setting up the stove and cooking gear, arranging the food boxes. When the hikers reach camp, they put up their own tents and then one or two members cook dinner.
