Copyright protection of all images and information on these webpages are guaranteed by Federal Law and should be granted by website visitors out of respect for and common courtesy to the photographers who have donated their images for your viewing pleasure.

Each featured photographer has his or her own webpage which is linked under his/her image. Copyright for that user must be honored. This means contacting the photographer directly. Ray Rasmussen can not supply permission in behalf of the individual photographer.

With respect to images attributed to Ray Rasmussen, there are certain conditions under which individual may link to or copy JPEG files containing images for no charge.

• You may make links to the images on pages you maintain for yourself for personal non-commercial use.
• Students can download images and incorporate them into school reports, presentations, etc for free and without my further permission.
• Other folks who are interested in preparing FREE online site-guides for other photographers, birders and naturalists to make use of, with attributions, these images.
• You may also download images for your personal use in a screen-saver, as the root image for your X-terminal, and for similar use.

All other use is prohibited without the express, written consent of the photographers.

If you qualify for free internet use as described above, you must secure permission directly from the photographer, you must properly attribute copyright to the photographer, and you must include both his/her e-mail address and webpage URL.
