About This Site About This Web Site This site contains a collection of some of my photographs of Southern Alberta. I take photogaphs for a number of reasons: to please myself, to create a venue [a camera lens] through which to slow down my pace of living in order to take a closer look at the natural world, to gain recognition [I enjoy showing my images and winning ribbons], and to promote conservation. In this era of full-spead-ahead economic development, I believe that photographic images on the Internet are one way to encourage people to value and join in protecting our natural heritage.
