About this Web Site

This Web Site is a photography slideshow focused on flowers in flower gardens. It contains no information about how to grow flowers, plan gardens, etc. Nor am I much of a gardener. I do like to look at good flower gardens, however, and when I'm not in the field, they offer me the opportunity to use my camera to see the world of "flower light."

Each winter gardeners begin to dream their flower gardens, they plant in the early spring and reap the glories in the late spring when the flowers begin to appear and throughout the summer if they've planned well.

I live in Edmonton, Alberta, in Northern Canada where the gardens are late and where I have visited the gardens of friends to produce these images.

Photographers wishing to submit good quality flower and landscape garden images are welcome to send contributions for which they will receive recognition.
