While photography is very satisfying as a solo endeavor, most photographers also like to show their work to others and, indeed, most of us have been bored to tears by the endless slideshows and photo album snaps foisted on us by friends and relatives.

In showing this collection of images, I would hope that you aren't bored to tears, but if you are, I'll never know it ... you'll simply click off to some other place in Internet land or better, go out into the wild and make your own images.

These photos were taken either with:

Film: a Nikon F90X with Fuji Velvia or Provia Film

Digital: either a Nikon D70 or a D200

Lenses: 12-24 mm wide angle telephoto, 105 mm macro, 24-120 mm mid range telephoto, and 70-200 mm telephoto lenses.

I use photoshop as my digital darkroom, doing mostly the same things that photographers did in the darkroom with chemical solutions and special filters and papers, namely enhance contrast, increase sharpness, etc. I print my images on an Epson 2000 inkjet.
