Going to the Beach

I love traveling, taking pictures and exploring. My mother used to say she thought we must have gypsy blood in us somewhere. I’d agree, except I need roots to come back to.

I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors: hiking, watching natures’ moods (storms, autumn colors, and spring explosions) and I confess to being a people watcher. Seldom bored I enjoy drawing and painting, reading, and writing (which I’ve never taken enough time for) and many other hobbies.

A new world has recently opened for me in expressing myself through pictures, haiku poetry and writing (though I confess to wanting to bang my head against the desk sometimes when I can’t come up with a word or phrase sitting idle in my brain somewhere).
